The Last Drop Grand Opening
Who: Whoever would like to attend the grand opening mingle at the Last Drop
Where: Entertainment District – The Last Drop
What: The grand opening of the night club / bar
Warnings: Alcohol and low-level drugs

The Last Drop opens big and loud with neon lights and music that booms from within to be heard from the streets. There are two large bouncers at the door, but they were allowing people in very freely on this night until the room was at capacity then there would be a line. The bouncers only stop those who are already three-sheets to the wind and could cause trouble, but otherwise, they are there to break up trouble as the night wears on.
Inside, there was smoke machines, flashing lights, loud music and the drinks were flowing to anyone that wanted. There was plenty of dancing, some dart boards along the walls, a jukebox, tables and booths for patrons to have drinks and discuss business.
There are stairs that lead up to a second floor to one side of the bar, lights on the stairs. There were people lounging on the stairs and it seemed to be ‘employees only’. Patrons were allowed the lounge there as well if they were tired of dancing or the tables or booths were occupied.

Perhaps alcohol is not the way to having him enjoy himself. Perhaps he requires a brothel where he can pull out the handcuffs and be better received.
[Now that he thought about it, he wondered if this place considered prostitution illegal here. Or was it the act of purchasing it that might be the difference. This place did seem like it wouldn't tolerate such activities. It might be worthwhile to attempt just to force Jerry to endure it.]
No, that one has a definitely hard-on for administering justice. We simply need to direct his attentions rather than let them decide on our behalf.

Thanks, now that mental image is gonna haunt me in my nightmares.
[ He's not serious, of course. His nightmares are far, far worse than that. Regardless, he pushes that particular thought somewhere to the corners of his mind, waving his hand dismissively. He doesn't necessarily disagree with that sentiment, but heck if he has any clue how to approach it in practice. ]
I don't think he can even take a shit without his superior's permission? Hell, when I blew up the city hall, it took him until the next month to even call me.
[ There's still a lot about that time that doesn't make sense to him. Yeah, Jerry wasn't a part of that... "possibility" where everything was nice and fun and dandy, but he'd had time to apprehend him before the intervention happened. Ragna assumed that his little display didn't achieve much other than forcing their hand to reset things, but was there something beyond that? Something to do with that weird void-like space in the middle of the rubble? Dammit, what is he still missing here? ]

Oh don't be so prudish. Besides, I expect your nightmares are far worse than a man needing a hand-job or blow-job in a shady spot.
[No wonder this one minded after a church. Or maybe, he should arrange for Ragna to have some alone time with a fine man, woman or different species entirely. Maybe it would loosen the man up a bit, but alas, if Ragna was spitting over the idea of Jerry having intimacy, the younger man likely would pass out if he saw so much as a nipple.]
Have you considered that he was in the City Hall when you decided to reduce it to a hole in the ground? Perhaps he needed time to regenerate like the rest of us... or reboot as my daughter calls it.

Maybe, but I don't wanna have to think about that asshole any more than I absolutely need to.
[ Especially not in that context, okay.
Silco brings up a good point, however, and Ragna lifts his gaze up to stare at the ceiling as he considers it. ]
... I'm pretty sure there weren't any living humans at the city hall at the time, but we can probably rule him being a human out. Everyone here that's not a Chosen is kinda...
[ He trails off, not sure how to put it into words. Sure, their behavior is off, too, but it's more about their presence... their souls, for the lack of a better word. The man just shrugs, deciding to leave that alone. ]
Either way, if I really did blow him into smithereens, then I'm surprised he had nothing to say about it.
