[Izuku has enough experience with evacuations to have a few ideas of what to expect when checking buildings for stragglers. Somehow, someone gathering up all the medical supplies never made it onto the list before now. He's not sure why he's surprised, after he's had a second to think about it. Not every emergency is going to have perfectly equipped medics able to respond, and it's not like there's a hospital in town to handle things. They have to get supplies from somewhere.
