[Kotone's smile turns just a touch sympathetic, though she doesn't quite understand the feeling. Yukari and Junpei had had trouble at first awakening their Personas; it hadn't been nearly as difficult for her. But everyone's different! And putting the new girl down is definitely Bad Leader Behavior.]
Summoning a Persona is about embracing the reminder of your own death. [Even if softer and more sympathetic, Kotone's smile is definitely too bright for the words coming out of her mouth.] It can take time until you're comfortable doing it. It's okay, though, I'll back you up until you're ready.
Ah. [Instead of looking concerned or worried or anything, Miu just nods] Was that all?
[How many times has she felt death? She picks the gun up, points it to her head, and takes a breath before she pulls the trigger. The burst of light takes her more by surprise than anything, staring quietly as a feminine figure draped in a white robe appears. In her hands is a giant mirror.
She disappears not too long after, leaving Miu with a pensive look on her face] 'Echo,' huh... Jeez. It's not as flashy as yours' was. [She reaches up to touch her head, half-expecting to find a hole there] So weird...
[Kotone just watches as the other girl brings the Evoker to her temple; she's keeping an ear out for Shadows, but she wants to see this. Usually people do have trouble awakening their Personas because of the fear of death, but... well!!
She kind of reminds her of herself, in a way. Kotone doesn't blink or flinch at the explosion of blue light, instead just looking up at the Persona with obvious curiosity. Echo, huh...? Greek, like most of her teammates' Personas, which makes sense!]
You'll get used to it, [she reassures, patting her shoulder, then pumping her fist in the air.] Anyway, you did great! Usually people have trouble with that part.
