for once, aldrip is not set in worsening manjiro's evil disposition. instead, it is taking him to simpler times - or, well, not really, when has it ever been simple?

(a young blonde child that couldn't be older than six years old (though the height begs to differ) awakens in the shed of the dojo. it's not as he remembers, there's no smell of grease, no sounds of motorcycle engines, and no sight of his older brother and the tinkering with bolts and tools by the side. instead of a makeshift office, it's a room.

this is very, very strange. what is stranger is how everything is a little off to him, furniture moved around, the lack of the buildings around the dojo once he steps out of the shed into the yard. good that manjiro never threw out his old karate uniform, it fits perfectly for once. it should be time for class, and yet, there's not a single student in sight. it is terrifying and yet, totally fine, both feelings going back and forth into his mind. maybe this is a dream! that would explain it.

it means it's totally fine for him to stroll out of the dojo, grab the first person he sees, and drag them in.)

It's time for class, you're late, and grandpa is gonna make you do a thousand push-ups. It's best if you start now, so drop!
