[ Right. The lady's on it before Miguel has a chance to decide whether or not it's his problem to catch birds today. It looks like it is. ]
Guessing the goal here isn't to make grilled chicken?
[ His method of moving around is simple: Miguel runs and jumps good. He also uses an occasional line of lightweb to guide mid-air movements, gliding over the rooftops with an ease belying his size.
Feet land heavy on roof tiles as he moves to intercept the Chocobo. He digs his heels in and shoots out two lines of lightweb to try and wrap up its ankles. He's aiming to hold on and trip it onto its side. ]
[ Pyrrha dashes forward, slashing out with her sword to drive the frightened creature back. She doesn't want to hurt it! The weird, half-shark half-rat things had caused a mess down by the petting zoo, sending animals in every direction. Most of the smaller ones were easy enough to catch, but this bird could certainly run!
The man shoots out two strings (?) at the bird, hitting it in the ankles. It squawks, wings flailing, and falls over onto it's side at the tug. Panicked, it struggles to try and get up again, and Pyrrha settles her shield over top of it's wing to pin it down. ]
Will that hurt it? [ She can see now the string is a...substance? ] Can we tie it up safely Woah -
[ The bird bucks, trying to throw her off, but she braces against its side with the shield. ]
[ It was a fair question to ask - his webs in particular had the appearance of laser-like light. It looked like it could singe or burn from the bright red of its glow. But the wrapping around the Chocobo's ankles shouldn't feel any worse than a thin rope might. The web was also sturdier than rope, luckily, so it should hold for them.
Jumping down from the roof, he plucks a decorative banner off a storefront. With Pyrhha keeping its body down, he wraps the cloth around the eyes and head in between one of its strong thrashes. A bit of Darkness + Bird usually leads to a calmed bird, right?
[ The bird sufficiently wrapped, it begins to calm down - or at least accept its fate, trussed and bound on the ground. Pyrrha stands slowly, brushing down her skirt and the rumpled parts of her uniform; one of her greaves had slipped in the kerfuffle. ]
Thank you for your assistance. [ Her sword and shield are stowed on her back, subtly held in place with her semblance. Pyrrha offers an easy smile, brushing her bangs out of her eyes. ] Are you the licensed Hunter for this area?
[ While this place seemed so different from home, a man showing up in a full body suit with abilities not too far from her own (though his choice of weapon with the laser-stringy-bits was...unique) did afford her some amount of relief. ]
