(It's a shame that burying others is a relatively new thing starting with himself, had it been something widespread Akihiko would have had a good reason to go and sort the problem out at the source. But it seems that this is a one-off for no discernible reason and for now it's easier to focus on the current situation; taking the offered hand as the boxer pulls himself out from the ground with some effort.)

(Akihiko falls silent as he begins to brush dirt and leaves from his uniform, nose wrinkling as petals fall from his hair with the motions. He spotted something from his vantage point of the ground that looked familiar, but taking a second look hadn't been on the cards, not if he wanted a boot to the face. As for Kotone herself, there's no familiarity, just a hint of curiosity as to who his saviour is.)

At least having royally fucked up her first meeting with Shinji a few months ago had prepared her for this kind of situation, so while it still hurts, it's not confusing.]

It had been hard enough from Shinji, but now Akihiko, too? Still, her smile doesn't waver, even as she clasps her hands tightly behind her back and squeezes them to make sure none of that emotion shows on her face.]

( Of all the answers, the one Kotone gives is the least expected and suspicion gives away to shock. He doesn't remember Kotone Shiomi as the leader of SEES, but what makes it all the stranger is that the young woman seems to understand that too. I know you don't know me.
There's a moment of silence as Akihiko tries to work it out, the confusion palpable in the air. Why would anyone claim to be a leader of SEES? Especially if no-one knew them? The mystery of that alone outweighs the suspicion of it all, though Akihiko concedes he can't work this out. He's barely working out where he is, let alone this and he bites back an impatient sigh. Finding the others and the exit is the priority. )

[Her eyes widen briefly, and she just nods, not entirely sure what to think of it. Mitsuru had only remembered up to their class trip in Kyoto. Shinjiro hadn't known anything about that, of course. Minato knew up to the same point she did, and Ken had been from two years later. Coming from the 31st of January, though...]
