[Rinoa's eyes are wide. She's always been fit and active, but that? There's no way her body could do that. Right?]

Oh... I don't know.

[ On the first try? Probably a recipe for disaster, but Law's always had kind of an unrealistic expectation of what's "easy," considering how he was raised. Still, he smiles encouragingly, motioning her over. ]

Yeah, totally! Anyone can do it. You look pretty limber to me. You do stretches, right? Work out and all that?

[ It's honestly hard to say if it's a compliment or if he's just that much of a musclehead (it's kind of both). ]

Oh. I mean...sometimes? I like to think I keep pretty active I guess?

[Does she work out the way Zell does? No, not really. But she is also a dog mom, so that counts for something, right? Besides, fighting is totally exercise!]

Yeah, see! So you shouldn't have any problems. I'll show you, we'll start with the easy stuff.

[ Demonstratively, Law takes a seat on the ground where he'd been standing, legs stretched out. He's clearly already pretty limbered up, but he doesn't overdo it with the showing off as he stretches out to pull at the toe of his shoe. ]

You can start with this on both sides. The goal is just to loosen up as much as you can. If you're all tense, your legs aren't gonna be good for anything but standing on.

Not quite what she's doing, but it was funny enough I had to use it.

Easy sounds like a good idea. I don't think I'm ready to try... whatever that was.

[Rinoa laughs, showing that she means nothing bad by it. It's just intimidating for someone new to that sort of movement.
Though....there's something about him that reminds her of Zell. It's nice. They clearly aren't the same person, but the vibe is just nostalgic enough to make her happy.]

Oh. Well that one doesn't look so hard.

[And so Rinoa settles down near him, copying his moves with relative ease. She can touch her toes, but only just. Still, it's enough to make her feel accomplished already.]

[ Familiar Punchy Dingus is a niche that Law seems to be inadvertently filling for quite a few people here, and honestly, he's happy in his blissful ignorance. When someone is already used to his kind of energy, it makes it a lot easier to rope them into shenanigans like this.

Although honestly, as far as shenanigans go, this is pretty tame.

Yeah, you got it! You feel the burn yet? It shouldn't hurt or anything, but if it's not pulling, you gotta do it more. Maybe slide your leg out a little to the side.

[ Law demonstrates as he talks, shifting one leg apart from the other and stretching. Doesn't seem to be bothering him. ]

Do that for awhile every day on both sides and you'll already be halfway there.

[Zell was very much her partner in crime after all. Which means, Rinoa is going to be very easy to rope into shenanigans. Because she's already conditioned for it.

This, so far, doesn't even come close to shenanigans level just yet.]

[Which, of course, means she has to copy him in shifting her legs, until it does start to feel more of a tug, a little more of a struggle.]

If it's just this, that shouldn't be too hard. I can definitely do that.
