Primals are powerful constructs summoned by offering up massive amounts of aether and prayer. To those that summon them, they are gods. But in turn the Primal temper their summoners and any who come close to them, in other words, they enthrall them.

They become mindlessly set upon aiding the primal in whatever duty it was summoned for. In most cases, they were summoned to protect those who summoned them.
