Jerry... or whomever, usually takes you to city hall-- courthouse, and it's there you're actually sentenced for the crime that's on the parchment. [He doesn't look grim, more like all of this is a pain. He doesn't believe in the stupid system.] People usually end up having to do some sort of task to repent for it.
