Levi stops and looks over his shoulder at his double who is still following like a lost puppy. That thing was sort of him, so it had to be armed even if he didn't see a weapon. He had one shot and he needed to do this quickly. At least he was close, he didn't need to do much to calculate where the shot needed to hit.

The double takes a few steps closer, grinning. Levi had stopped, so maybe it could start prodding again. If the scary girl kept quiet.

But Levi spins, raises the handgun he had never stopped holding and fires off a shot between the double's eyes before it gets a chance to even speak. It goes down and does not get up. It bleeds, if these things do. Or maybe its just blackness that gushes out. Shadows are weird.

Levi shows no emotion at the whole thing and half looks back to Ange. He's not convinced the thing won't get back up.
