what the fuck happened to the city? things were disappearing but i never thought it'd get replaced like this
The casino in real(ish) Aldrip was a bit different thank the (fake) one he remembers, but a casino was still a casino and Levi was there to drink and gamble.Less drugs, but he could live with that for now. He can mostly be found orbiting between the bar and the poker tables, with occasional forays to other games. His pokerface is near perfect, though, and he doesn't have an advantage like that in anything else. Every so often, he ducks outside for a smoke break too.
Child
A younger Levi, around 10 or so, finds his way to the Entertainment District one evening. Its not really a place for kids to be, but he either doesn't know or doesn't care. This whole new city was weird but this area was amazing. He'd never seen so many neon lights before! Even the shopping district in Prehevil didn't light up like this place did. For now he's out on the streets, watching all the pretty and flashy colors outside of the businesses, but its only a matter of time before he tries to go inside one.

After his first month or two here Levi had stopped carrying his rifle everywhere he went in and around Aldrip. Today, though, he seems to have changed his mind. He's not headed out to go hunting, but he's just headed about whatever business he's got in the city. But with a(n obvious) gun.
