[Harmless and nice. Well, that's interesting. He's plenty of things, but those two descriptors wouldn't be the first things on his mind when describing himself. Or at least, it's not what he'd imagine when total strangers talk about him. Maybe if he saved someone, but... public perception of mutants is always in fluctuation.
