(if he had to guess, he'd say it's something kind of like the tingle. the brain senses, the body reacts, and peter just goes along, and that's how he manages to be daredevil lacking his sight. so far, blissfully unaware that his little jingle of victory could be 'seen', but, whatever, he's cool.
