[ Now that Emet-Selch has taken all of that miasma upon himself he may finally understand. The cursed ichor settles heavily within like a bad omen all too readily. In large doses the miasma begins to convince the soul that it must begin it's journey to the afterlife even if the body is alive and presumably healthy. There will be moments where Emet-Selch may believe himself already passed on, before a brief moment of clarity may hit him. It's a struggle to decide what reality is during this moment of agony.
