I grew up on a beach, a few steps from water. So that part, being near the ocean, that's familiar to me. But the beach town where I'm from is busy in the summer, and usually big-city adjacent. There's...nothing adjacent to us, so I'm guessing other parts of the planet don't come here often. I dunno how they would, unless we see a big ship roll in one day.
