Sure, her emotions are a little more heightened than the usual thanks to their current situation, but there's still no full on startle.

Especially when she quickly realises the shadow is actually helping, rather than just another threat. It must be something Ragna is doing, and it's not like she's going to question his powers in the middle of a battle.
